JJR Partners Executive Search was founded in 2002 by Joe Rademacher.

Joe has spent his career in the Post-Acute sector in a variety of roles across a broad range of functions:

  • Served as Controller and Director of Financial Planning for a national HME company
  • Turned around unprofitable businesses as General Manager and Area VP in DME, Home IV Therapy, and Outpatient Rehabilitation companies
  • Led sales teams to significant achievement in under-performing territories
  • Successfully completed millions of dollars of M & A transactions on both buy and sell side

Joe understands the post-acute sector from the vantage point of an insider. Understanding to deliver expertise and focus on the talent search process.
